They were hit with winds up to 125 kilometers per hour and 76 centimeters of snow!!!

I don’t like winter at all. I hate how winter is longer than summer. It’s always so cold and I really hate being cold. I never go outside during the winter. I normally stay inside and watch Netflix or something. A bad memory that happened during the winter was last week a friend of mine fell down the hill at school. She landed on her ankle and sprained it very badly. We had to carry her all the way inside.

Deleteto be honest, I kind of like the snow and the cold because that means i can go to the out door rink and play hockey as long as i want. and i feel like if i lived in a hot place like Florida i would miss the snow because it is so hot down there. but i think it would be good to live down there because its way easier and cheaper if there is no snow. a good memory of snow i had was when my dads friend brought a snow blower and made a huge snow pile and me and my friends made tunnels under the snow pile.
ReplyDeleteThings must suck for the people who live in Newfoundland right now. Overall, I do not like winter, but it is also basketball season, so it is not entirely bad. Most of the time during these snowy days I am at school, so that is how I keep busy. Snowdays are always great. I do not know whether or not they count as memories, but if they do then those are good winter memories.

DeleteI like winter because of the out door rinks.I also like it because plying i the snow in really fun.During the cold and snowy days i play outside or go to the odr.My bad memory is always the snow getting in my boots or down my back. I have so many good memory's of winter with my family.
ReplyDeleteI love winter. It is my favorite season because of hockey. I love to go outside and play outdoor hockey. It’s insane how much snow they got there in Newfoundland. I have family there and my cousin sent me a picture of the snow. It was the same height of a car. Most of my memories from the winter come from building snow forts or playing hockey outside.
ReplyDeleteI hate winter it's my least favorite time of the year because it's just so cold in general with snow it just makes it even worst because if it gets in your boot or in your cloths it makes you sick ,winter is the time for flu and other illnesses.the only good thing about winter there is a chance of school closings .during snow days I mostly watch TV and I play video games. A good winter memory was it snowed so much that they closed school.

ReplyDeleteTo be honest the only reason I I like winter is because of the out door rink and because it’s hockey season.The rest I don’t like the cold weather and all the snow. I mostly keep busy by playing hockey and staying inside. I have one bad one when I was going to hockey and I slipped on ice and got wet.
ReplyDeleteI like winter, because it has it’s good points. But the cold is not very fun. My favorite if fall, because it's not freezing but its not full of bugs like in the summer. Plus since your not wearing all that clothing you can still do cart wheels and hnd stands outside before winter comes. Usually me, and my family spend a good week building a massive snow fort on our front lawn, and even longer adding cool designs. But since there wasn't the same amount of snow there usually is, we aren't able to make it that big. It’s still pretty cool tho. I think the worst memory is when you get snow in your jacket.

DeleteI like winter because it's pretty and because I get to wear sweatshirts without being hot. A plus would be my birthday is in the winter and so is Christmas (obviously) The thing I hate about winter are the cold especially since I have to walk to school. I always keep busy on cold days or just any normal day by going on Tik Tok, I can and have gone more than 7 hours on the app.. it is kinda a problem but it always keeps me busy and entertained no matter what!
