  1. yes i have been in a situation the sealed with fire: last year my parents went out at night so i had to watch my sister, maybe 30 minutes after they left i was downstairs with my sister. she was in the kitchen while i was watching tv in the family tv room. i didn’t pay attention to her because she was so quiet. 5 minutes pass and i smell something burning. i turn around and my sister made a fire on the stove and she was staring at it. i didn’t have to call the police or anyone, all i did was turn off the stove and put some water on it. it’s important to know about fire safety because incase one day your trapped in a fire or someone is dealing with fire, it’s always good to have someone there that knows how to deal with that type of stuff incase it gets out of hands.

    2. I know it sounds stupid but you should have called the fire department any way and told them it was out but sometimes, even when you think it's out, stuff could happen. But good blog.

  2. This was definitely a bad start to the new decade. I have never been in any bad or big situation with fire (thank god). Every fire that I have ever witnessed was controlled. I think that it is very important to know about fire safety incase we ever get caught in a fire and need to know how to stay alive and maybe even help to put out the fire.

  3. I haven't been involved in a fire but I have seen houses, buildings on fire. Every time I saw the fires, thankfully the fire department were already there controlling the fire so that it wouldn't spread. I think it is super important to learn about fire safety because it can save your life. We can basically cause a fire ourselves with some of the things we do like using candles or cooking, so I think we should know how to control a fire since sometimes we are at risk of causing one sometimes.

  4. I think I have only been in on situation that involved fire, that was once at my grandparents' house. Everyone had been in the living room talking and I decided to get up (I think to get water). When I walked in one the stove there was a pot with a towel right next to it. On fire. I freaked out because, besides it being very small, it was blue flames wich are very very (and so on) hot. So I started going “OMG” Basically, My dad asked me “what?” and I said “Fire!!!”. And right now my dad is sitting down on the couch, and I can see the side of the couch from the entrance to the kitchen (the stove is right next to it). Once I said fire (exclamation points) my dad (note I said my dad was sitting) jumped over the arm of the couch (which should be humanly impossible because he wasn't even sitting in the direction of the entrance). So like spider man was able to pull legs under him, without any momentum, and flew over the arm of the couche (he literally twisted in the air) in one step was in the kitchen, pouched me out of the way. And pout out the fire…”what?”is exactly what I was thinking. (So that's my story) (oh just saying it probably helps that my dads a firefighter.) Anyway, on to the next question, yes the fire was controlled, you know seconds before it touched the wall and caught on fire. (I really am making this seem extreme.) Next question. Well, it’s important because it could save your life. I have an example but it’s really sad. But basically, this girls parents didn’t have an emergency safe route in there house, so that she knows where to go and what to do if there's a fire. So she hide under her bed. The problem is, when the fire gets hotter and higher, the smoke comes down. Just going to add that the smoke is not good for your lungs. So...You can guess what happened, ya...she died. I will not mention how old she is. I know this story from my dad because he was there, if your wondering why they couldn’t save her was because she was so small and was so far under her bed that they couldn’t find her. SO that’s a depressing story.

  6. I have never been in a situation that involved fire. I think it’s really important to know about fire safety. It can save your life. A fire can happen very easily at any time. It can also get really big and out of hand so you should be prepared for it and know what to do if it does happen.

  7. I have been in a small incident with fire. It was when I was at my papou and yaya's place and my papou was out doing errands and so I was with my brother and my yaya just relaxing and suddenly we heard the fire alarm and we couldn't take the elevator down in case the elevator would get stuck and elderly people would be trapped in an elevator. So we took the stairs and unfortunately my yaya had difficulty going up and down stairs so it took us a bit to get down to the main floor. But everything was fine it was just an annual emergency test. It is important to know about fire safety because some people may not know what to do and it can cost people their lives, so it's important to know about stuff like that to be prepared.

  8. No I have never been in a situation with fire.I thinks it’s pretty lucky that I haven’t because fire can be really dangerous. It’s important to know the safety of fire because it can be really dangerous if it’s not controlled properly. I think that’s why at schools we practice fire drills pretty often so that if it happens one day we will be prepared.

  9. No I have not been involved in a situation with fire. Fire is SUPER dangerous. I think fire safety is very important to learn because you never know when it is gonna happen. I actually know people who live in Australia. The president needs to smarten up and actually acknowledge the fact that the entire country is on fire and people are dying and all the animals and wildlife are dying and the planet is dying.

  10. i have never been in a situations that fire has caused a treat for me or for others that i know. its important to know about fire safety cause if fire starts in your house and you dont know what to do and your just in shock that will be very bad for you and others around you, if there's to much smoke live the house or place immediately cause if to much smoke gets in your lungs you will go unconscious and that would be very dangerous.

  11. No I've never been involved in a fire although my dad is a fireman and tells me crazy stories about building that fell on top of him cause of a fire first responders and a lot more fires and hes usually the one who takes the fires out in our area . But my dad always says its important to know what to do if it ever happens for safety but ik usually safe in my house cause ik what to do cause hes a fireman and he can protect us but ya I think it's very important for safety for fires because it's very dangerous even if it's just the smoke that gets to your lungs you can still die , fire is not something we should no take seriously it is a very scary thing .

  12. Never I have a ever been involved in a fire situation but my grandfather was a father technician which means if somebody was he would go and helped them .I believe its very important to know about fire safety for example letting a lot of oxygen could make bigger and a lot more dangerous one. Sometimes putting water on the fire does not always help.
