One of the many ways of being a supportive friend is always being there for them. If they need someone to talk to be there for them, listen to them. Listening to them is very important because it feels good to talk to someone about your problems. If they are going threw change support them threw it no matter what. If they chose to make a decision support them whether it's for therapy, help, etc.

DeleteTo be a supportive friend or just a supportive person is by listening, listening is one of the most important things you can do, by listening you are showing the person that you do care, just saying you understand really does not do anything but make the person sad. #BellLetsTalk
ReplyDeleteGood blog,
DeleteThings that could change someone's mental wellbeing, is probably to try and calm them down and show them that things are good and that they can be changed if needed. Tho sometimes leaving someone to sort out their own problems is the better way of doing it. It really depends on the person, I mean of course they should be surrounded by the people they love but some along time can do wonders. If one of my friends had some mental health problems I would do anything they wanted me to make sure that they are fine. #BellLetsTalk
ReplyDeleteI agree. I would also help any friend of mine that had mental health problems. Good blog
DeleteTo help people with mental health I think you should encourage them to talk to you or a psychologist or therapist to help them. Another way is to encourage them in general, like giving a compliment once or twice per day to show that they’re noticed in life besides their family. #BellLetsTalk.

DeleteGood blog, the best way to help someone is to make sure they have somebody to talk to
DeleteIt is important to do our best to help and support everyone with mental problems and mental disabilities. Some of them only need someone who will listen to them. Some people need to seek professional help. Sadly, most people who suffer from mental problems are either too afraid to get help, or they think that they are normal and just do not need the help. It is also important that we end the stigma around mental illnesses. #BellLetsTalk

A good way to help a friend is to be a good listener and listen to their problems. You can also go over to their house and cheer them up by doing something fun with them and help them get anything negative off their mind.
